Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully before using this website (the "Committee Website") operated by the Local Organising Committee of the Kobe 2022 World Para Athletics Championships (the "Committee"). Please note that by using the Website, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. 1. Copyrights and Tradmark Rights

1. The copyright of the images, texts, audio, video, programs, and other information (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Contents") posted on the Committee Website belongs to the Committee. However, if there is another copyright holder other than the Committee, the copyright of the Contents shall belong to the respective copyright holder in principle. 6. Governing law and court of jurisdiction

1. The interpretation and operation of the Committee Website and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Committee Website or the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court in the first instance.
