From the Osaka area
Get off at JR / Hankyu / Hanshin "Sannomiya Station", change to Kobe Municipal Subway and get off at "Sogoundo Koen Station" bound for Seishin Chuo on the Seishin / Yamate Line. [Time Required: Approximately 22 minutes from Sannomiya station]
From the Akashi area
At JR Akashi Station, take the JR Kobe Line bound for Sannomiya, and get off at Shin-Nagata Station. Then change to the Kobe Municipal Subway bound for Seishin-Chuo on the Seishin-Yamate Line, and get off at Sogoundo-Koen Station. [Time required: Approximately 27 minutes]

Pass through Minatogawa Entrance of the Hanshin Expressway Route 3 (Kobe Route), and get out from Shirakawa Minami Exit of the Hanshin Expressway Route 31 (Kobe-Yamate Route), and go west for five minutes.
From the Himeji area
Pass through Igawadani Entrance of the Daini Shinmei Road, and get out from Fusehata Nishi Exit of the Hanshin Expressway Route 7 (Kita-Kobe Route), and go south for three minutes.
